Guildford is located about 35 minutes by train from central London and within easy reach of London's Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

PRE-CONFERENCE EVENING DRINKS IN GUILDFORD ON 8 JULY AT 7.30pm

The White House Pub

Situated at the bottom of High Street, by the river Wey. Please see Guildford map for its location.

DRINKS RECEPTION AND DICKENS EXHIBITION ON 9 JULY

The programme will also feature an evening drinks reception and an exhibition Dickens and the Artists at Watts Gallery. The reception is sponsored by the Paul Mellon Centre. Transport will be organised from the University of Surrey.

DINNER ON 9 JULY

The reception will be followed by dinner at The Withies Inn, a traditional 16th century Surrey pub near Guildford.
