This spatial audio concert at the 27th International Conference on Digital Audio Effects (DAFx24) is a highlight of Harry Yeff's Fellowship showcasing the innovative outcomes of this unique collaboration. The event is hosted by Surrey's Institute of Sound Recording.
The event will feature the award-winning voice artist performing live, with his vocals and beats dynamically rendered using the latest spatial audio technology developed at Surrey's Institute of Sound Recording. This immersive audio experience will be complemented by synchronised lighting elements, creating a multi-sensory performance that exemplifies the convergence of art and advanced spatial audio technology.
Harry Yeff (Reeps One) is a groundbreaking artist and technologist specialising in voice, AI, and tech-based performance art, with his work attracting over 100 million views online. He has delivered talks at the United Nations and Davos, and his innovative contributions have earned him the Arts and Science Breakthrough Award from the Falling Walls Foundation. Yeff has also completed artist residencies at Harvard University and has exhibited his work internationally at venues such as the Museum of Art and Design in New York and Tate Britain in London.
